Registration Policy

Overview

  • - Every Participant must register to attend the conference. ONLY on-line registration is available through the APSORC 17 website.
  • - Registration via email and fax will not be accepted.
  • - Once you complete your online registration, you can modify your personal information only until the early registration deadline. If you wish to change your registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat by email at info@apsorc17.org.
  • - A receipt for your registration can be issued and printed at 'My Page'.
  • - Online registration will be available until the regular registration deadline. After this due date, you will be required to register on-site.

* Student Registration
  • - It is necessary to upload a copy of Student ID and/or proof letters by your professor to register you as “Student” category. Necessary documents can be submitted during the online registration process.
  • - Students who is doing their Bachelor, Master and PhD at the time of his/her online registration.

** Limited number of Excursion tickets will be available maximum of 120 persons in first-come-first-serve-basis. The system will be automatically closed when we receive the maximum applications.

Group Registration

There will be no group registration for the symposium. Every participant must sign up and complete their registration process individually.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the conference secretariat in writing by e-mail at info@apsorc17.org or fax to +82-2-538-1540. All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons. All service charges including bank and administration fees will be deducted from the registration refund.

Cancellation by July 31, 2017 50% refund
Cancellation after July 31, 2017 No refund
